Why you may have heard from us

We work with businesses in the marine, fishing, boating, diving and outdoor trades. Before we write to one, we look at what is already public about it — its website and its public business listing — and we run a check on how easily customers can find it online. If we write to you, that check is what we are writing about.

We use the business contact details a company publishes about itself. We do not buy lists.

What we hold

• Your business name, website and the business contact details published on it.
• The results of the visibility check we ran on your public website and listing.
• A record of what we sent you and when, and whether it arrived.
• Anything you tell us yourself, if you reply or get in touch.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Not to anyone, ever.
• We do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not try to identify individuals beyond the business contact who is published.

Stopping it

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click. You can also write to support@mediawyldteam.com, or just reply and say stop.

When you ask us to stop, we keep a record of the address only so that we do not write to it again by mistake. Ask us to delete everything instead and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.

Asking what we hold

Write to support@mediawyldteam.com and ask. We will send you what we have about your business, and correct or delete it if you want us to.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
